Will GoTo ever have the option to either schedule tasks to run when devices come online or allow tasks such as scripts/software installs to be triggered by an alert showing the device is online.....at the minute the scheduling is pretty pointless for us as we cannot guarantee when devices are all going to be on at a specific time, our current RMM allows us to do thousands more things than GoTo can but is too expensive so we have to phase it out by next year as a cost saving measure.715Views1like2CommentsRe: Allow User Groups to be assign permission to device groups
I think this is an excellent idea and one we were going to suggest ourselves, hope they do implement this, we have 38 agents and adding them to each group one at a time is very tedious.....the only short cut we have found is to make them all admins then they can see all groups....but that is not ideal!635Views0likes0CommentsHide GoTo system tray icon
Hi All, Is there a way to hide the goto system tray icon at all, we have noticed that you can uninstall the agent by right clicking the system tray icon and choosing uninstall.....this can be done by any user including school children with only user level access......
