However, I just received a new invoice today showing that the payment was successfully processed — even though the card should no longer be active. I checked my account, but I’m unable to view, edit, or remove the credit card details from the billing section. The payment method appears completely inaccessible on my end. Why would this happen? For example: "I accept the "Privacy Policy". Please provide promo emails that are relevant to this topic. Please "Contact Us" if you have any problem." I hope to directly add hyperlinks to "privacy policy" and "contact us". Additionally, I want the sentence "Please contact us...." to move to the next line (as it currently doesn't line break). Re: Custom bacground for panelists We also met the same webcam issue with panelists and co-organizers! We want to have a professional webinar for customers, but they're just a ChromaCam Lite version for them. There are few background options and can not upload the image themselves, or the background with a watermark. It seems the Pro version is bundled with the admin account, but we can't provide the admin account and password for them. We got lots of complaints from our partners about this issue.........even challenging why choose this platform.... really frustrated. Would like to get the solution as soon as possible....
