Censoring Option for Closed Captioning?
We had the following feedback in one of our recent training sessions using Gotomeeting: "Auro captions need to censor curse words and racial slurs. Some words words misconstrued by the program in the goto meetings" I get its a Beta feature and the auto captioning itself is going to struggle at first (hopefully it gets better over time). But one of our attendees complained about the lack of censoring in the Closed Captioning. As to the "Racial Slur" comment, none of our presenters use any words that are commonly considered racial slurs, so it must be a word that was also mis-transcribed in the Closed Captioning. Unfortunately our survey was anonymous so we cannot provide more info beyond what they said.Solved159Views0likes2CommentsDark Mode for Web and Desktop
Having a built in dark mode option for the Go To Meeting website application and desktop application would be very useful. For me, I have sensitive eyes, so the the bright backgrounds can cause issues for me. With the web application I have tried utilizing different chrome extensions to give it a dark mode and unfortunately haven't found any that work well across this and my other daily web applications.3KViews5likes9CommentsThe ability to keep specific GoTo App windows in front when using Presentation mode
I miss the cameras being in front of the screen i am sharing. How about an option to keep the camera screen on top, or in front of the screen i am sharing. Moderator Edit: removed additional suggestion and updated title for clarity1.8KViews0likes9CommentsMagnification value with camera zoom
Customer asked for the function to have either a slide bar or the possibility for more preconfigured values when zoom is adjusted. Currently there is no possibility other then the 100% 75% 50% 25% as preconfigured values. There is also no way to enter a value for the percentage of magnification. The scroll function of the mouse can be used to zoom in and out but this is not obvious to the users and also most are using a laptop with touchpad. Thank you in advance for your help.1.4KViews0likes4CommentsPlaying/Sharing a Youtube Video during meeting
Hi everyone! We are currently using GoToMeeting Business in our environment. We frequently host meetings where the presenter needs to play a video which can be seen by the meeting attendees. The vast majority of these videos are from Youtube, although on occasion the presenter may play a .mp4 video file. The issue we run into here is while the video and audio play normally on the presenter's device, the attendees report poor video and audio quality (the video is choppy and the audio is delayed). Is there a way in G2M for the presenter to play a video without the attendees experiencing poor audio/video quality? I think what we are looking for is an embedded video player but I can't seem to find this option in the G2M desktop app for Mac. Thank you very much for your help!Solved1.4KViews0likes2Comments
