Add engagement scores to objects returned by one of the GoTo Webinar API endpoints
Hello, We leverage the GoTo Webinar API to run a lot of processes that rely on webinar attendance and interactions. We also would love to start using the engagement scores that are currently downloadable via the dashboard. We would love for these scores to be available via any of the endpoints of the Session Attendees API. It would be nice if the engagement score was available as an attribute of an attendee whenever we query the session attendees endpoint. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions, or some some clarification as to our use case for this attribute. Best, Abdou21Views0likes1CommentCustomized Welcome Screen
Instead of the boring "welcome - we'll be with you in a moment" screen before webinars start. Is there a way to post informative slides/video instead? Like something that will show each slide for 4-5 seconds and then cycle through until the meeting starts?1.2KViews1like4CommentsMute sound that accompanies pop-up notification when attendees join/leave
Hello everyone, I have an idea which I would like to share with you. My point is how can I tell who joined the meeting after enabling the access of the person who requested to join. I'm aware that, when a person requests access to a meeting and the access is granted, the person's name will appear among the other meeting attendees after they join; however, how can one tell who has just joined the meeting? In other words, since currently the identity of the person who requests to join the meeting won't be available to the organizer/presenter when they request to join an ongoing meeting, is it expected that the new version/update of the App, at least, offer a notification of the person who joined after they were granted access (e.g., John Davies [or any name] has just joined the meeting)? In my opinion, the point I'm raising here has important implications when it comes to the privacy of any meeting and its content because the way the current App is structured doesn't allow the organizer to control who can or cannot join a meeting. We are a small chain of contactless hotels currently using Zoom Rooms Kiosk in our lobby for guest communication when they do not have access to a cell phone. We are interested in exploring a solution using GoTo Meeting to enhance our guest experience and streamline our operations. Specifically, we require a Kiosk Mode within GoTo Meeting with the following functionalities: For Guests: Simple Interface: A user-friendly interface on an iPad with a prominent "Call Front Desk/Reception" button or icon. Guests should be able to easily initiate a video call with a single tap. Automatic Connection: Upon tapping the button, the iPad should automatically connect to a pre-configured group or contact (e.g., "Front Desk Team") via GoTo Meeting. For Front Desk Team: Outbound Calling to Kiosk: The ability for our front desk team to initiate video calls to specific kiosks (identified by room number or location) from their desktop computers. Auto-Answer on Kiosk: Kiosks should automatically answer incoming video calls from the front desk, enabling our team to proactively provide assistance. Additional Considerations: Customization: The ability to customize the kiosk interface with our hotel branding (logo, colors).45Views0likes1CommentDark Mode for Web and Desktop
Having a built in dark mode option for the Go To Meeting website application and desktop application would be very useful. For me, I have sensitive eyes, so the the bright backgrounds can cause issues for me. With the web application I have tried utilizing different chrome extensions to give it a dark mode and unfortunately haven't found any that work well across this and my other daily web applications.3.1KViews5likes9CommentsPanelists to join via tablet or mobile devices
I have recently received feedback from several panelists for webinars I have ran that they preferred to have an option to join as a panelist via their tablet or mobile phone. Currently, they still receive the link to join but if they click from these devices, they can only enter as an attendee. Hoping that the panelist features can be extended to these devices as well in the near future.539Views1like2CommentsAdd reaction options for attendees
I'm surprised that, like other platforms, there aren't feedback and reaction options for attendees. They have no way to thumbs up or down, like or unlike, agree or disagree with, laugh at, show frustration with, or generally emote to the presenters. in any way other than Questions/Chat feedback via typed words.1.6KViews0likes7Comments
