Need a report with computer description and computer name
We are trying to run a report that shows both the computer description and the computer name. We cannot fine one in inventory or report viewer. The comptuer name is under general settings, does anyone know if this can be done? Thanks in advance.
How to cc users on incidents
I have users that will email the support email address and cc someone else. Let's say Matt emails support but cc's Jim. Well Matt gets all the email correspondence because he is the incident owner. To Jim it looks like Matt put in a support case and hasn't heard back. How do I make it so that Jim will get the updates that Matt gets?Change user password as Administrator
I have Logmein Central with a couple of users One of the users is currently away from his location and cannot remotely acces his email and has forgotton his LogMeInpassword he is an infrequent user. Is there a way for me as the administrator to change his LogMeIn password so he can sign in.
Logmein backup or other backup integration would be HUGE
Hi, Logmein used to have a great backup product years ago. Very versatile. Would be amazing if that came back, or Logmein had the ability to monitor a third party backup solution for endpoints. Would really make Logmein very powerful in the RMM space with monitoring of security and backup! Thanks
Disable Ctrl-Alt, this conflicts with Rhino 3D and many other content creation programs
We need to use ctrl-alt in combination with other mouse and keyboard manipulations to navigate in Rhino 3D as well as other programs we use on a regular basis. Unfortunately pressing ctrl-alt while in a remote session kicks us out of the full screen mode which is EXTREMELY TEDIOUS. Can someone from Logmein offer a solution for this, preferably a way to disable this 'feature'. thank you!
