Add call control on headsets
Staff is not able to receive calls from their headset when using the softphone. This limits their ability to perform tasks away from their monitor in order to accept or make a call. I understand security concerns are prohibiting this functionality. I'd really like compatibility with Apple Watch that would allow for calls to ring through on my watch. Hello to All, I would like to add angle brackets ([]) to my fax access codes. As it stands, access codes are autogenerated and not customizable. I can make it easier for my end users by prepending the access code to outbound emails on my email server. However, angle brackets are added. Here is an example of what shows on the subject line of the prepended emails: [123456789]Fax Name This is automatically rejected due to the brackets. Another idea perhaps is to update the code to start with the length of the array to be 9, if index[0] of the dataset is not equal to (0-9) than use index[1]-[9]. Elseuse index[0]-[8]. Another option would be to allow access codes to become optionable and allow us to create a list of users who would be able to send virtual fax. Here is the thing, I am now giving end users an extra step using access codes to send virtual faxes via Goto. Hi, Would like to see Android Auto integrated into the mobile app. I take calls when I am out driving, and in Australia, it is an offence to handle your mobile device whilst driving. Would like a means to prompt a caller to enter a value such as an identification value, or a ticket number and then have an API call made with that entered data (along with the rest of available call data). Based on results returned, select a dial plan to follow. For our exact use case, we are a support group who is only allowed to work through authorized technicians. Each technician has a unique number and we're looking for a way to cut the time down on the verification side of things. Suggestion: It would be nice to have all of the GoTo Connect features available for the Salesforce Integration. Right now we have to pull out phone numbers to send out text through the app rather than sending it out directly through the Salesforce integration. We would like the ability to turn on fax interception on direct extensions. This appears to only be an option for shared voicemail boxes at this time using the API. We will have close to 2000 users who will need this option turned on as we roll out GoTo Connect to our staff. Hello everyone, I’ve been using the newly released plugin for Microsoft Teams from GoTo. It’s been a great addition, but I’ve noticed that there seems to be a missing feature. Specifically, when I’m in a phone call, the status light in Teams does not update to show that I’m on the phone. This feature would be incredibly useful for my workflow, as it would allow my colleagues and external users to our tenant who message/call me on teams to see at a glance when I’m on a call. I was wondering if there are any plans to implement this feature in a future update? If so, could anyone provide an estimated timeline for when this might be taking place?
