Ability to turn off presenter name plate and black boxes that appear in recordings
Hello, I've been using GoTo Webinar for five years and on my recent webinar the black "name" boxes that appear in the camera window during the webinar have never been included in the recording. In our last webinar that were visible in the recording which ultimately results in a very poor user experience for our on-demand viewership because in this particular instance they covered a majority of the webinar demonstration. Is there a way to disable these from appearing in the recordings going forward? We are currently using the classic version of GoTo.53Views1like5CommentsAdding customised pre-populated answers for common questions from viewers
During a GoTo webinar, there are pre-suggested answers by GoTo to questions submitted from viewers during the webinar. Would it be possible to add our own customised pre-populated answers in advance of the webinar for common questions?.12Views0likes2CommentsChat Ability for All Attendees
Can you have attendees in GoToWebinar talk or text "chat" to each other during a live 500 attendee event?? If you can't - PLEASE - change it so they can. It is terrible that there is no way to have the attendees interact with each other - We have a weekly webinar on the same day, and same time EVERY week. Our clients like to be able to come to the event and interact with each other - and with the GoToMeeting there is no way to do that. Only the organizer can see the "Questions" from attendees. Let us know if there are plans to FIX this, thanks!50KViews4likes176CommentsStop attendee screen from changing size
It's so irritating when the Presenter... probably is using a two or three monitor setup switches to another screen to present content... and it blows all over the attendee screen... When capturing a webinar and the presenter does this... it blow way past the capture screen. If you are capturing 1/4 of the full screen and this happens... all of a sudden, you are losing 75% of the presented material... Support says there is NO WAY to stop this bad behavior... hence this request. As far as I can tell... no other webinar software has this bad behavior. Please give attendees control so the presenters screens always come in at the identical size.11Views0likes2CommentsAdvancing Slides Functionality
I really like the remote-control functionality where a presenter or organizer can 'give access to the keyboard and mouse.' However, it would be great to isolate just the keyboard so multiple speakers can advance their slides using one master deck. So, in theory, the organizer could always 'own' the master deck, start screen sharing, and allow keyboard sharing so at the appropriate time, each speaker can talk and advance their own slides seamlessly and not have to worry about 'screen share', 'stop presenting' 'pass to new presenter', etc. I also think being able to upload the master deck into a private library could be useful so it's contained within the tool should the organizer loose connectivity and the other co-organizers could take over.Presenting from server
I would like the option to run the presentations from your server rather than one (or more) of he remote machines. You already have cloud infrastructure (for example you host my recorded webinars for playback) and you are logmein ... why not allow the presentation to be run from a central hub. The organizers, panelists and attendees will each be connected to the server with as robust connection as their location can provide. This should minimze the potential for problems when an organizer or panelist turns out to not have as reliable a connection as desired.Q&A management - delete questions for all organizers and not only for them
With a large number of participants, the number of questions received can become very high. It would be great if the organizers could delete questions for all organizers and not only for them, as well as add the option to make some questions visible to the participants.
