GoTo remote session ''End-User'' identification
Hi I'm a service desk analyst and I use GoTo every day many times running many sessions. Sometimes you have to wait for the user to connect to the launched session for a while, before they join or accept the invite. It would HELP MASSIVELY if there was an IDENTIFICATION of some sort (a pc name or email address ) of the pc/user that the session is connecting to. There is no identification for it166Views0likes1CommentHelpdesk Filters for Session History
When linking a previous remote support session to a helpdesk ticket, it would be beneficial to have a preview feature available before attachment. Additionally, a filter to exclude Unattended sessions from the list, ensuring only Attended sessions are displayed, would enhance usability. Implementing these features would significantly improve efficiency and user experience. This would also prevent users who only use Instant support and helpdesk from having to see other agents unattended sessions listed.7Views0likes1CommentIn the Device Console, display the name of the Technician currently in session with an Unattended computer
Please include the option for the name of the technician to appear when they are connected to a remote session. Currently, when we want to connect, we have to internally validate who the person is to approve access. With this option, we could easily identify who the person is and contact them directly.150Views0likes1CommentViewing Support Sessions from Other Agents
It would be beneficial for agents with the Member role to have visibility into support sessions linked to a ticket they are working on, even if the sessions were attached by another agent. This access would remain private, as agents would only be able to view sessions that were specifically linked to the ticket.12Views0likes1CommentAndroid controls to bypass swipe
Keyboard controls to work with Android tablets when swipe is difficult on remote sessions due to latency issues. Bare minimum is not having to swipe up on a computer to open a tablet. Escpecially on cellular if in a weak signal session, it is almost impossible to even get to the home screen.11Views0likes1CommentView completed support sessions in iCal format
Since I track the amount of time that I spend on each call for billing purposes, it would be awesome if I could view my sessions in iCal format. That way I could view them in my Google calendar and it would make invoicing significantly easier.33Views0likes1CommentPrograms that are no longer receiving updates need to be flagged
It would be useful is programs that were no longer supported by the software vendor were flagged by the system so they could be removed. I think this is a requirement for Cyber Essentials. Example: In the accountancy world, CCH's Viztopia is now several years out of the update cycle. It would be useful to have software like this flagged as unsafe with a warning next to each machine that has it installed.229Views1like1Comment
