Windows Patching and Policies
Hi all, I have set up patching policies for my Windows 11 devices, but they are not working (I have already rasied with the dev team that the Policies do not show if it is working or not, but if you check the Remote Execution side and Recurring Jobs, they show in there. How does everyone else manging their patching on devices, or do you not use Resolve for this? I have no idea whey the policy patching isnt working, but running the script locally will work, I think it is a UAC issue/error but not sure if anyone else has come across this issue, there are errors on teh evnet viewer that are mentioning: Event ID 1000 .NET Runtime - Error running gRPC Patch Managment IPC step installWindowsUpdatesViaPolicy v1 I am also seeing: Event ID 256, GoToResolveCredentialProvider - [CreateMapping] Could not initiate credentials mapping. CreateFileMappingW failed with (system:5) unknown error Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Jonathan

Intune Integration - Import Error
I tried the Intune integration and wanted to import some devices, but I get the following error message: I'm not sure where I need to create the group, or whether I need to create it at all, or if it's a bug.

Agent Updates – Versions Detected on Devices
Good morning, I’ve noticed that our devices currently have three different agent versions installed: 1.25.0.856 1.26.0.1704 1.26.1.2050 (which appeared about two days ago) The rollout of version 1.26.0.1704 seems to have started around 10 days ago, but it appears to have stalled and has not been applied to all PCs. Considering that approximately 90% of our devices are powered on 24/7, I would have expected a more consistent deployment. Additionally, version 1.26.1.2050 has recently appeared, and I would like to understand whether this is part of a new official rollout or an early release for selected endpoints. Could you please clarify how the agent update process is implemented? Thank you in advance for your support. Best regards, Crstiano

Installing programs to pc's through updates
Hello everyone we are new to resolve just went live yesterday. What we are noticing so far is we pushed updates to all machines last night on a schedule. This morning somehow there are machines that got a bunch of new programs that were never installed on that machine to begin with. Maybe we did something wrong. From what I can tell the machines that got this list of programs use onedrive and on previous machines they had they did have these applications at one point but we no longer use them and they were not installed on the new machine they have. I hope im making sense with this. It would be nice to see a list of programs to allow or not allow updates to those from a global standpoint.
