AI Receptionist voice recognition
We are already using the AI Receptionist. There is one feature that would make it more personable, and maybe more easily accepted. If it could recognize the voice of people that call often, or if not by voice, than maybe by the caller ID, it would sound more human. The majority of our calls are from the same small group of our customers, and when we are answering live, we aften ocknowledge familiar callers. Could you add the ability to call forward on a schedule? Instead of using the star codes on a daily basis, it would be great to set this up on a schedule. Scenario: A back office staff member covers the front desk from 3 PM to 7 PM at the end of each day. However, she has to manually forward and unforward her calls every day. We would like the ability to check shared voicemail directly from the client and web app. Preferably in its own tab per shared voicemail so they do not get mixed up. Maybe with the name and extension. Most, if not all, phone systems, cloud or on-prem, have the ability to setup Call Pickup Groups. Adding this feature would make it a whole lot easier for users to pickup calls by not having to work out which phone is ringing, they simply dial the * code to pickup calls for anyone in the same Call Pickup Group. The other option to pickup calls is, if users could see which users phones were ringing in their Contacts in the Quick Dial list, sidecar view, and then either right mouse click or select the 3 dots (more options) and pickup calls that way. Users often want to free up desktop real estate, so rather than have the GoTo app open they unpin the dial pad with sidecar for quick access to common contacts. AI Billing idea. Contract rate of 600.00 for 3,000 credits. After the credits are used they can choose: to be billed in 150.00 increments to refill 750 credits at a time. Customers can also specify how many “refills” they would like per month and can cap it to manage expenses or if they are looking to keep a fixed cost. Or after all their credits are use they could choose a pay as you go option for the rest of the month. or Customers could choose to have the AI receptionist node be skipped once all their credit is used and can route to a next node, such as a queue or ring group so the calls can be answered. Giving different options will help customers choose what will happen when all their credits are used and will potentially help customers keep their expenses fixed if desired. We have two companies but the same staff to handle customer calls for each company. It would be great if we could set each 800 number to a different ring tone on everyone's phone so that they can recognize which company's 800 number is being called audibly and answer the phone with the appropriate company's greeting.1.5KViews4likes7Comments
