We urgently need to resolve the problem soon. On some clients I am forced to remove Logmein Antivirus and install other products.

I apologize for the delay. An update was made available to correct this issue, to ensure you have it installed and it is in effect please uninstall and reinstall LMIAV.
So are you saying that we need to uninstall hundreds of LmiAV and reinstall them? really???!
NO WORKS !
I have uninstall, restart and reinstall LmiAV on 3 computer (2 W10, 1 W7) and same chrome and explorer not appear window to authenticate with certificate.
