Is there a way to rotate the view window so when an iOS client uses their iPad/iPhone in landscape mode I don't have to turn my head sideways to view it? A simple rotate button would suffice in the view window. If this is not implemented it really needs to be! Is there a place we can make developement suggestions?
@seanryan You've come to the right place. Thanks for your suggestions!
Thank you for your suggestion, it is already under developement and it is in the final test phase.

@DyraSan This is the correct location for enhancement suggestions: LogMeIn Community.
The site you referenced is for technical and account support only.
As this feature was in the final test phase in 2018, has this feature been implemented?
Where can we go to rotate the view screen from within the Log Me In Rescue console when view iOS devices?
Hi @seanryan,
Tip: You can use the Rotate Left/Rotate Right buttons (under Device view, or on the Session Toolbar in case of the Customer Display tab) to switch between landscape and portrait modes.
It seems like you're referring to a specific application or platform, and the ability to suggest features or improvements may depend on the app or service you're using. If you're encountering this issue with an iOS app and want to suggest a rotate feature for the view window, you can typically provide feedback through the app's support or feedback channels. Here are some general steps you can follow:
App Settings/Preferences: Check if the app has settings or preferences where you can provide feedback. Some applications include a dedicated section for user suggestions or bug reports.
App Store Reviews: You can also leave a review on the attractive App Store. Developers often monitor app reviews for feedback and suggestions.
Developer's Website or Support Page: Visit the developer's website or support page. Many developers have a contact form or support email where you can communicate directly with them.
Social Media: Some developers are active on social media platforms. You can try reaching out to them on platforms like Twitter or Facebook.
Remember to be clear and concise in explaining your suggestion, providing details on why you believe the feature would be beneficial. Keep in mind that the implementation of features depends on the developer's priorities and the overall design of the application.
