Hello one of our trainers (who has used GTT for a long time) has found she is being auto muted every time she types into chat. Has any one else come across this ? Is this a feature she has somehow turned on inadvertently ? Hello We have had 3 separate issues, with unconnected participant groups, who have previously had no issues joining GTT for regular training sessions suddenly not be able to access sessions. These have occurred over yesterday and today. We reached out to GTT support and have been advised no changes or updates have been made in recent days that should cause this. The individuals have checked with their IT teams and are being told they have not made any changes either so at a bit of a loss as to why the sudden issue. I feel sure updates/changes must have caused this (either across well used other IT services or GTT). Hi friends Does anyone know if it's possible to cap registrations to sessions and have a wait list? I want to set up an invite so that people can register for a training, but it would be useful to know how many people want to attend after the filling the capacity. We had a recent training where because we could not get everyone to enter their pin we had unbearable background noise that caused the training session to be cancelled. It does not appear that we can mute anyone until they have joined the training and entered their pin. We may be going to only recorded trainings if we cannot resolve this issue. Please do not decommission the GTT Classic View. I feel that the newer graphical user interface is very cumbersome and involves too many mouse clicks for the host. I also noticed that GTT has not removed the "Materials" tab so I am no longer able to upload documents for my students for my classes. The one-stop shopping aspect of the classic "Control Panel" has been very user friendly. If I lose that classic view entirely, I'll then have to switch to another platform that focuses on host value features such as Zoom. I'm about to lose it. I just finished a 6 hour training. I made sure to hit record and the record option was on the entire time with a message that said it was recording to my Documents folder. I finished the training and I only see one WEBM file with 9KB. Please tell me that I'm panicking and that somehow it's going to magically bring the recording over.
