I contacted sales before I posted my question. The person I spoke to was very confused and in the end sent me an email asking me to detail out my request. I've yet to hear anything back as of today.

capgar We can handle BAAs for our corporate (offline contract) customers. This requires contacting Sales directly for a quote and assigned account manager etc: http://solutions.logmein.com/SalesContactUs

I just contacted LogMeIn to request execution of a business associate agreement and was told basicallly "I don't know". What steps can I take to make sure my client is compliant with HIPAA which requires the execution of a business associate agreement because my client records calls/meetings and PHI is stored on the platform?
