Audio cue for when a customer ends a call or gets disconnected

With GoTo Connect, there is an audible audio cue when I click the end call button, but when a customer ends the call or disconnects the call, it does not play any sound. I would think it would be more important to have the sound play when the customer ends or disconnects prematurely versus only having it make a sound for when I am ending a call.

      This is currently a known issue so I moved it over to the discussion section. It should be fixed in the upcoming weeks. We will let the community know when the fix is live.
