The medical practice I work for has four physicians, and I was hoping to tag contacts in GoTo under the physician which they see. Does anyone know if it is possible to add custom "types" beyond "Private" and "Company"? Or, some other way to easily tag contacts under a custom variable (physician name)?
I am new to the GoTo platform, but it appears that the newest version of the application is missing the group CSV contact upload option for GoTo Connect. I was told by customer support that this was supported by the old version of the platform. Does anyone know if there is a workaround or if perhaps the way to do a CSV contact import was changed or moved?

We do have a feature for grouping contacts, but at this time it is only available for GoTo Connect customers that also have Customer Engagement.
