Direct Chat disapeared
We have used direct chat for years. On Tuesday, Direct Chat disappeared from the website and the app. Not only are all past chats and channels gone, the option itself is gone. We only have text available. Any suggestions?
KG-MPAS thank you! This is helpful. It appears there was an incident that caused business messaging to be disabled for some accounts. Can your admin turn business messaging back on?

I still see it on mobile and desktop. Is it possible to share a screenshot of what your view is? You may also want to try logging out and back in.
