Issue with Dial Plan Access on iPads

Today I discovered that technicians using 12.9" or 13" iPads can’t access Dial Plans in the new GoTo Admin Portal—only in the Classic Portal. With the Classic Portal being retired in August, this will prevent field techs from managing dial plans on-site. Also, where is the resync all button in the new admin portal?

Please address this or provide a workaround as soon as possible.

    Hi bentechpart​, Welcome to the Community. 

    I checked with the product team and it's correct that ipads are currently not supported. However the team is looking into making it available in desktop mode, I don't have a timeline for implementation.  I’d encourage you to submit your suggestion in our Ideas section so our team can track interest and consider it for future updates.

    The ability to resync devices in bulk is not yet available. When saving changes to a device's settings, you will also be able to choose a resync option if desired.

    Yes it would be nice for the developers to have an option to resync a device without having to click into each device separately. The legacy portal ahs the double arrows in the shape of a circle that allows for this. The new portal does not.

    Along with that - the legacy portal used to stay in the exact same spot when using the arrows to go to the next user. with the new portal, I am constantly having to scroll to find what I want. In addition, I have asked for the next arrow to be stationary and NOT move based on how long the name is. I would like next/back arrows to the left of the name or move it back over to the right hand side of the admin portal.
