Multi-Device Queue Agents

Hello!

 

Is it possible for one agent within a call queue to have multiple devices ring at once, but then have no devices ring when on an active call?

 

I have a VoIP desk phone and the GoTo mobile app - when a queue caller comes in and I answer on the desk phone and another calls in, it consistently rings on the mobile app.

    Thanks for the idea, but it's not quite what I'm looking for.

    Other services offer a "shared presence" setting where if a user is on the phone on any device, it silences all devices. When they disconnect, the next queue call rings through to all devices.

    I wonder if GoTo would be willing to implement this feature, even if it's for an added fee. It could be useful for many hybrid workers like myself.

    In the mobile app, click your profile then select "silence this device" 

     

    Will stop the ringing all together so not sure this will work for you, but something to try!

     

    Also something to try - in the web version of the app  make sure the phone option selected is your desk phone and not the mobile app (app.goto.com) :

    The web app will reset itself so if this does work, know that it will go back to the default "on softphone" every once in a while.
