New Analytics page is missing critical data
Good afternoon,
The new analytics page is getting better when it comes to diagnosing issues and tracking calls through the phone system however it is still missing critical data. For example, it says "Entered Dial Plan" but does not indicate which dial plan. The same goes for schedules, auto attendants, voicemails, etc.. It should be possible to follow the call, in its entirety (aka, from cradle to grave) by looking at these logs.
