GoToMeeting iOS app crashing

For some time now, the GoToMeeting iOS app has been crashing on my iPhone. I have noticed that the app works well until any meeting participant shares her/his document or desktop.

 

I have been observing the problem with several of the latest versions of the GoToMeeting app.  I tried to un-install and re-install the app, but that did not resolve the problem.

 

I am using iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 12.4.7.

 

Has anybody experienced similar issues?

    Hi Ondrej, 

    It may be that the iPhone you're currently using is running out of processing power, even though the OS is up to date.  I might suggest deleting some data, and then making sure you're not running any apps in the background while in the GoToMeeting session there.
