Not getting password reset email for a single account
One of our users that was set up for GoToMeeting isn't getting a password reset email. I requested a password reset for my account and it went right through, so it's not a filter issue. I monitored our email server and have not seen one come through for her. I have verified that the email she was set up with is the same one we're trying to use for the password reset.
What else can I try?
