"Use the new GoTo option" doesn't work.

In my account the "Use the new GoTo option" always downloads the GoTo app.

There is no difference between the option active or deactivated, the downloaded app is always the same.

How can I download the old desktop application?

  • Great, and now everything is broken.
    We've been using GoToMeeting classic for the last 5 years and purchased 25 licenses 4 months ago, now we can't even open successfully a single session.
    Nothing works anymore.

    . We can’t start two parallel sessions on a terminal server, we were able to open 20+ yesterday.
      So we basically can't work anymore.
    . Starting the new meeting always start with the cached account,
      it’s not possible to log off unless we clear all the browser settings first.
    . G2M does not work from a Win2012R2 server.

    . Starting GotoMeeting to join a meeting from a worstation fails : 
      GoTo Opener encountered an error:
      Download server responded with status 403.
      The server delivered the unexpected content-type text/html.
      Failed to download GoTo from our servers.
      Please restart the download or contact Global Customer Support at http://
      link.logmeininc.com/get-help.

    And the support is not reachable by mail.

    We paid for a service and you don't provide the service anymore, shame on you GoTo.

      Hi PatrickRenier, I apologize for the frustration. The use of a terminal server is somewhat unique, I have reached out to the team to see what can be done.
