Hi VivianFore, welcome to the community.
Yes, if you run a Registration Report to get a list of existing registrants and then import the names and email addresses into a correctly formatted CSV file, you could then register them in bulk for the recorded webinar. For bulk registration please be aware of the following:
Make sure to follow these .CSV requirements.- Do not remove the first row from the .CSV file.
- Remove any duplicate attendee details.
- Enter only one word in the First name and Last name columns.
- Remove hyphens and punctuation in names.
- ✓ Liz Davis, Liz Miller, Sue Davis, or Sue Miller
- ✗ Liz Sue Davis-Miller
- Do not use initials in the First name or Last name columns.
- ✓ Liz Davis
- ✗ Liz D
- Do not use special characters or hyphens in email addresses.

Hi there! Is there a suggested best practice if we need to switch registerants from a scheduled LIVE webinar to a scheduled RECORDED webinar? We are wondering if you can bulk registered the list of those already signed up for the live webinar for the new recorded one. Thank you.

Sorry-- once you schedule a webinar event, the type of broadcast cannot be altered.
