Customize Recording Fillable Form Page
You should be able to customize the "Share Recording" fillable form page with your logo, branding and disclaimer language if desired and add a few more fillable fields. It is very basic and plain as it stands now.

Hi, I was wondering the same thing: if we could customize the recording page that request to enter name, last name and email to access the recording. Right now, from my understanding and testing, we cannot add a Title or a little sentence stating which recording we will see after we enter 3 info to access the recording (name, last name & email). I hope the GoTo team will consider adding this option in a near future.
No, not the registration page. The page that is available as a "Share Link" to webinar recording and has a form for them to fill out to access the recording.

Do you mean the registration page? If so, you are able to customize this by adding branding and colors.
