How do you get support from GoToWebinar these day? Customer service is poor these days
It seems impossible these days to actually contact someone in the support team. In the past I was able to call, join a queue and then get help. These days I have to put in a support ticket and ait to be called back. I then get an email saying we tried to call but couln't get you so we have closed the ticket. I am literally sitting by my phone and there is no record of a call. This has now happened three times. Does anyone have any suggestions ?

I apologize for the frustration. I reviewed the support tickets and see that each representative that tried to call you back reported hearing a fast busy signal. Please click on my community name and send me a private message with your telephone number so I can confirm we have it correctly in our system, and an alternate phone number we can try if you have one.
