Terminated licensed user - best practices?
Hello,
One of our licensed users (a Helpdesk employee) has left the company. What is the best way to deal with this in GoTo Resolve so we do not lose any of their closed helpdesk tickets, saved remote sessions, etc?

If a user was assigned to a ticket and then deleted you will still see that user assigned on the ticket to preserve the history. The user will not be selectable anymore to assign to tickets as they don’t have access to services.
The same is true for sessions.
