Unable to add device to group

We recently started having an issue where we can't add a device to any of the groups we've created. When I choose the group to add it to it refreshes and stays in the "Not in a group" area. Anyone else having this problem?

    I have this problem as well for some devices (still). "Failed to add device to group"

     

    Also when filtering and selecting label, the window which should show the filterable labels keeps loading a spinner.

     

    And, the Device groups page in the admin panel does not show any groups, although there is one.

    When i click Manage next to a group, the page keeps loading as well.

     

    Lots of errors and things that does'nt work, not very welcome to a newcomer which was planning to buy a subscription.

    The fix went live approx. an hour ago and all device group moves were successful recently.

    Wow that was quick 🙂

    Seems to be allowing me to add devices to groups now

    Can confirm we have the same issue, also reported and verified yesterday - ticket open and still the same today

  • Yes, we have had the same problem and reported it yesterday to support.  Dany in support had a remote session to our system and it looks like it is a problem within the application/hosting not at the client or remote end.

     

    The problem seems to still be there today on both the client and web versions.

    Yes. We've been using GTR for some time now. This issue just started happening in the last day or so.
