MAC Desktop Client fails to start

Downloaded latest versio that supposedly works wih MACOS Catalina. A very brief "shutting down" message appears, then nothing. Downloaded version  7.12.3334-1.0.64 (1.0.64)

 

I did grant full disk access in case that was the problem, but no effect.

 

Anyone else have this issue?

    Krell What happens when you attempt to launch the Rescue software? 

     

    Have you tried anything to troubleshoot the installation and connection yet?

    I'm on 10.13 and it also fails to launch for me. Anyone have any clue?
