Change the account holder

Hello,

We need to change the account holder of logmein central.
The user is long gone and we would like to reassign the account holder.
How can we do?

    If you have the previous Admin's credentials and can sign into their account:

     

    • Click Settings in the top right 
    • Click Account Settings
    • Change the Master Account Holder
       

    If you do not have access, you will need to Contact our Support Team for help.

      Hi rickbern  NEXT2  to follow up on Glenn's solution, the email you are changing to must not be attached to any other LogMeIn account. If it is, please call in our support to have that email deleted so you can make it the new Master Account Email of your Central account.
