Inquiring about business association agreement (BAA)

We have a company that would like to use the product, but holds/processes electronic protected health information (ePHI) and requires to have a BAA be signed.

I just contacted LogMeIn to request execution of a business associate agreement and was told basicallly "I don't know".&nbsp; What steps can I take to make sure my client is compliant with HIPAA which requires the execution of a business associate agreement because my client records calls/meetings and PHI is stored on the platform?
