Logmein client remaps printer on remote host

I have this issue in which logmein remaps my printer onto a remote host.

Even after having disconnected from the remote host, it seems the printer is changed permanently on the remote host to my printer which logmein has added.

As a result any machine that we use logmein to remotely access have their printer settings permanently changed.

This seems to be a new change and its severely affecting my operations.

is there any policy that can be changed on logmein central to have this prevented. Calls to support are NOT answered.

Path6336  Thanks for the environmental info.  We would next like to create a case with Customer Care when you have access to the remote PC, so that we may gather log files ther to see what commands are being actioned during the connection transition.

    My clients pc does this.
Host is running logmein pro updated to July 2nd 2019 on a Windows 7 pro 64bit pc with updates up to date including July 2019 updates. Client is Windows 10 pro 64bit using Firefox client add on. Host printer is a Brother multifunction and the logmein driver does not release control back to the default host printer.

jyzlim  Sorry, I can assure you that is not normal remote-printing behavior.

Could you confirm the affected operating system version and LMI software versions set up at the problem locations?
