One2Many File uploaded reach maximum storage
Dear community,
What is the storage maximum to store task/plan in O2Many ?
Unfortunately, I got this error message :
"File Upload : The file cannot be uploaded because the maximum storage limit has been exceeded"
How I can solve this problem without deleting my current task/plan ?

Here are the numbers you need:
- The default quota for O2M is 1GB/task max AND 3GB/account max.
- Users can either have 3x1GB tasks or 255x11.7MB task for example.
- The maximum number of Plans per account is 255. More than that we need to email our dev team and ask them for an increase.
First, review your plans and see if there are any that can be deleted. Then open a case with our support team and explain on the description that you have reached the limit of O2Many plans. They will check if this limit can be increased or if it is by design.
