Saved password is invalid, please log in manually - occurs with every new LogMein Client session

Hi, our users have encountered a login issue. Every time, when they start a new LogMein Client session, it asks for their password. Credentials have to be entered every time, even though they are saved. Are there any options to fix this?

    Reviewing your case it looks like we are waiting for an updated version with a fix, which is scheduled to be released today. Can you let me know tomorrow if there is still an issue?

    As a workaround for the d773020272, the "Keep me signed in" has to be unchecked.

    I can't log in to the Logmein Client after the latest update.

    HI Georgiy, nice to see you. 

     

    I checked your account history and see that support has been working with your org and reviewed logs. It appears that we are waiting for updates in a release that is now slated for next week, let's see what happens then.
