Go to Resolve never streams screen. Just says starting stream and nothing

Sorry for any frustration, would you mind providing some more details?
- Which version of GoToAssist did you use successfully with these computers before you tried GoTo Resolve, was it GoToAssist v4 (classic) or the new GoToAssist v5?
- What OS do these computers run?
- Were these local computers that you have access to?
We will review session logs on our side to see what can be learnt.
