GoToResolve Desktop app not able to connect to end PC unless someone physically allows access
All of a sudden, when I try to access my PCs that already has GoToResolve unattended software installed, it's asking the end user to grant control--which is a huge problem for us, as there's often no one there to allow access. This is new behavior this morning. It has never done that for me before. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Hi, sorry for the frustration earlier this morning, it was due to new option for account admins to control the availability of the Connect Now button. My understanding is the issue was resolved by 9:30 am PDT, if you are still having issues with connecting through the Desktop Console app, please exit it completely and relaunch it before trying to connect again.
