Android remote sessions - not connecting
Hi
We use Goto assist for PC & Android devices. When connecting to Androids ( all the same Samsung phone type) some phones will connect buy sending them the fastsupport link, but others wont.
The ones that wont ask the user to download the app, but they already have the app. I have to ask them to open the app and put in the code.
Trying to understand why this is happening

Thanks GlennD but that's not the answer as we run all the same models/OS versions as an IT policy and the same browser versions to try and avoid compatibility issues

Hi CPL, welcome to the community.
Do you know the models and Android OS version the affected clients were using? I do not currently use a Samsung phone, but when I did I recall their included web browser had quite a few security features, more than the stock Chrome browser had.
