Unatttended Access Saved Password from v4

I installed v5 on my new computer and do like the new interface however the saved password is not popping up.  Do the saved passwords in v4 not work in v5?  If not, is there a way to resave the password or do we have to uninstall GTA from the remote computer and reinstall?

    It is in development currently so it should be in weeks. When it is available it will be added to the release notes on the Whats New page on the Support Site (which I will cross post to the GoToAssist Remote Support News blog.

    That is great news!  Is there a target date just so I can follow up?  a few weeks, a few months?

    Hi trustpts,

     

    We are currently working on enabling stored passwords from v4 to also work in v5, we hope to release this update soon.
