Thank you. The most common cause for what you are describing is a firewall blocking out software from connecting, which is why it eventually times out. If this is a personal computer at home and you have a software firewall installed like Norton or McAfee, review the recently blocked applications and look for GoToAssist so you can allow it.

I'm having the same problem Windows10 Pro. Start the client but nothing happens, eventually goes into timeout.
