This may be related to the Launcher. Are you using a Windows or Mac? Which version of the OS? Is this happening on one computer or multiple? - Bcshay10 years agoActive ContributorFYI; works for me on Chrome. There is a programstart java notification which needs to be allowed to run in order to launch the GoToAssist App.
