Auto Hang up phones when another call comes in.
Any know the fix for this issue? I have users calling out to customers they are in a ring group, while they are making a call if someone else calls that ring group that out going call gets hung ...
You might test - turning off "call waiting" for one of the extensions and see how it affects the calls. We had several issues with call waiting and our ring groups, so we turned the feature off for all desk phones. The beeping in the agents ear was also very frustrating.
Something to try maybe!
