Billing Case Update

Anyone noticed a lack of responses here lately? Spent 1 hour and 4 minutes on the phone the other day, was told there would be a follow up once the finance department correct my invoice for February for an extension added that was added erroneously. Yet, nothing, and now the bill is going overdue.

 

Anyone from GoTo able to help resolve this case?

    GlennDOne response in the last six days. At this point, this has been ongoing for a month and a half. Will likely reach out and cancel my service if something isn't resolved in the next 2-3 days. I cannot keep placing my business on hold while GoTo has taken 3-5 weeks already and still no resolution to my billing.
