Can't answer calls
I am not able to answer calls on my GoTo app. I can receive calls but I can't click the answer button. I had this issue before and was able to fix it by changing my extension but when I tried it again today, it won't work anymore.
Hi lalai welcome to the GoTo Community and I apologize for the delay in response. There a few things to check:
- Does the extension listed on the bottom left-hand side of the screen reflect the correct extension?
- Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
- Does the phone have a strong mobile data connection and wifi?
