GoTo App takes focus
ever since the new update, my desktop goto phone app also randomly pops to the front of my screen everytime i have an incoming phone call. its incredibly annoying and disruptive of my work.

So you are using a desk phone, but the GoTo App is popping up when you have an incoming call? If you open the GoTo App Settings from the top right drop down menu, is Screen Pop enabled?
Hi GlennD . Yes, my setting is turned off. I have basically turned off all notifications and it still pops up.

In the lower left of the app there is a setting to change your default device, if the softphone is selected then a pop will occur. If you select your desk phone on this setting that pop might stop. Something to try
This gets reset every time GoTo makes a change (they are working on it, they say) so you will have to check this ever so often, we now have our agents check each day, that's how disruptive this is.
unfortunately i cannot find that option anywhere on my screen.
