GoTo App takes focus

I am experiencing this issue on the GoTo 4.12.2 desktop app version.  I have worked with support and they are referring the case to the developers.  I have also tried various workarounds in Windows to stop apps from stealing focus without a positive result.  I will post back if I get a resolution.  Has anyone else had this issue and found a workaround?

KateG thank you. it just doesnt make sense that theres an option in the settings to turn off the pop up but still does it even when the setting is turned off

cm0cdtg is the softphone docked in the app? 

mkeaton  and GlennD  my IT dept has contacted goto support and its supposed to be that way even though there is the option to not pop out. they claim that its to not miss any phone calls. my questions is why would the option be there if its irrelevant? 

changed the default and it still pops up in front of all my screens

 click on the  " phone" on the left  side panel - for some reason that setting  is hidden in the settings area

unfortunately i cannot find that option anywhere on my screen.
