How can I cancel my subscription in the country where I can't reach Customer Support by phone?

I want to cancel my subscription so it won't be auto-renewed. I am in South Korea and it seems like they don't have a customer support team in Korea (no phone number available). Could anyone help me ...

Could you please let me know where I can find my customer number? I don't know where I can find it.

    Hi hyoun, thank you for the additional information, I have removed it for your privacy. From what you posted it looks like you are actually trying to cancel a LMI Pro account and not GoTo Connect. I will update the support ticket that Kate started for you and they will be in contact to assist further.
