"New" softphone
If you must remove the "new softphone" option and force us to use it, please give an option to disable the app popping up on top of other windows when a call comes in. This is a huge disruption ...

Hi dustball04, welcome to the community.
After selecting your dialpad click on this button to open the Settings and pin the softphone on top

Hi John40 thank you for the screenshots and level of detail here, it's very helpful.
I'm sharing this with the product team and will provide more insight when I learn more.
One workaround others use it having the Native OS notification answer or decline a call, without forcing the app into focus. If you have the notification for New Calls enabled in the app settings + Notifications allowed in the OS settings, you should see a window notification displayed in the bottom corner that includes the caller ID & and answer/decline buttons.

Thank you, unfortunately that suggestion is still a downgrade from the previous version. It will let me answer calls, but in order to end, hold, or put on mute I have to relaunch the entire GoTo application. It was better when you had the non-obtrusive floating call popup. Also, the Native OS notification is obtrusive on Windows since it cannot be relocated. It might not be a big deal for people who rarely receive notifications, but anyone with a moderate to high volume of incoming text/calls would benefit from GoTo reverting to its former functionality or improving the current implementation.

John40 Thanks for trying. I understand your feedback and will be discussing this further with the team.

I just wanted to chime in and thank John for all of his work here - I can confirm that I have the same behaviour on my end, docked or no.
Also, when OS notifications are turned on, I get the Windows notification in the bottom right when a call comes in, but unfortunately my GoTo app window also still pops up.
