Port numbers to another service; Has anyone successfully accomplished this?
We need to move 3 numbers (out of 144 total) to another provider. We've provided our account number and the PIN provided by GoTo support to the new provider. They have gone back and forth with B...
I appreciate the response and effort.
In the time since I posted this message the GoTo team managed to get documentation from Bandwidth.com with the correct PINs for the phone numbers.
Our account manager coordinated escalating the ticket and was able to get that information for us.
