Phone calls placed in queue
I have users who say that when they try to phone in to a gotomeeting their call is placed in a queue and they are never connected to the meeting. This occurs in spite of the fact that other users have successfully phoned in to the meeting. So I'm wondering if there is some limit on the number of individuals who can phone into a meeting, or some capacity issue with the gotomeeting long distance numbers, or maybe some cell phone providers won't let people call in to a gotomeeting?
GlennD says my users are making mistakes.
My users swear they are not.
If I can figure out how to do so, I'll see if I can debug access issues with the users who are having problems.
