Anyone have experience with Interprefy translation services?

Does anyone have any experience using Interprefy along with GoTo Webinar?

I need to be able to generate French subtitles for English language webinars in real time. Our webinars often have multiple speakers, so the PowerPoint workaround will not work for us. I discovered Interprefy here: https://www.goto.com/integrations

If anyone out there has figured this out, I would greatly appreciate hearing what your solution was.

Thanks!

    Hi MelissaF,

Each token key is only valid for one session. A new token is needed for each session that will utilize this feature.

As an organizer, you must confirm the required languages and the cost of the service with Interprefy. Once confirmed, Interprefy will then provide a token before the start of each session for which you want to offer this feature. The entire process from request to token creation can take up to 3 business days so plan accordingly when scheduling any sessions where Interprefy is desired.

Hi,  once you select get a token for  interprefy, and fill out a form.  wondering if there is a cost per webinar when using  interprefy ? I may have miss this somewhere if it was mentioned in the read more section,  but thought i would ask  if multiply tokens can be provided? Let's say  someone needs Spanish and someone needs another language on the same webinar is that possible ?

Hi JHalpern Welcome to the GoTo Community, thanks for checking us out.

I don't have experience with Interprefy, and it hasn't been discussed previously, but hopefully someone will jump in. You may find some threads on Reddit about the app.
